How do I place an order?

(i) Browse through our collection and add your favourite items to the cart.
(ii) Continue shopping or click checkout once your selection is complete.
(iii) Choose your preferred payment mode and confirm your order.
(iv) Once payment is successful, you’ll receive a confirmation email on your registered address.

Can I change the shipping address after placing my order?

You can update your shipping address before the order is billed or dispatched. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.

What if I’m not available when my order is delivered?

Our courier partners usually call or message before delivery. If you’re unavailable, the order will be re-dispatched after your confirmation.

Can you arrange a priority or express delivery?

We always try to deliver orders at the earliest. However, during sale or festive periods, expedited delivery requests may not be possible.

What if I receive the wrong product?

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@dulhapaksh.com. We’ll ensure you receive the right product promptly.

What if the item I ordered goes out of stock?

If a product becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed, we’ll notify you and offer a refund or exchange of equal value.

Can I replace a damaged product received during sale?

If stock is available, we’ll replace the damaged item. Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear images.

Do you provide alteration services?

We currently do not offer alterations. Please refer to our Size Guide before ordering.

Can I request delivery at a later date?

Yes, if prepaid and feasible, we can schedule your shipment for a later date. Contact support@dulhapaksh.com for assistance.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns and refunds?

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Visit our Return & Exchange Policy for full details.

How can I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once shipped, cancellation isn’t possible. Refunds for prepaid orders are processed within 7–8 business days.

What is your exchange policy?

We accept exchanges only if:

  • (i) The product delivered is incorrect or different from your order.
  • (ii) The product has a genuine manufacturing defect.
  • Please share product images/videos when reporting any issue.
Can I return or exchange items bought on sale?

Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless damaged or wrongly delivered.

Do you offer Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD)?

Partial COD is available on select products and PIN codes. A small non-refundable booking amount is paid online, and the remaining balance is collected upon delivery.

Which payment modes are accepted?

We accept all major Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and wallet payments through secure gateways.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, COD is available in select areas. Please enter your PIN code at checkout to verify availability.

What if my transaction fails?

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Dulha Paksh does not store card data. All transactions are encrypted and processed via PCI-compliant payment gateways. If you suspect any unauthorised use, contact your bank immediately.
