Welcome to Dulha Paksh. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our Shopify-powered website www.dulhapaksh.com (“Site”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and all related services, tools, and transactions offered through the Site. By visiting, browsing, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Return & Exchange Policy, Shipping Policy, About, and Contact pages, as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.

1. Overview

Dulha Paksh provides an online shopping experience offering men’s ethnic wear, accessories, and related lifestyle products (“Products”). These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the Site, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and content contributors. The headings in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or affect these Terms.

2. Shopify Platform

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. Shopify provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you. Your personal information and transactional data are stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. Shopify stores your data on a secure server behind a firewall and is governed by its own Shopify Terms of Service and Shopify Privacy Policy.

3. Eligibility to Use

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you have given us consent to allow your minor dependents to use this Site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Account Creation and Security

You may be required to register for an account to complete purchases. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities occurring under your account. Dulha Paksh shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your account information.

5. Products and Services

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products; however, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately depict any colour. Slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen calibration differences.

6. Pricing and Taxes

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) by default and include applicable taxes unless specified. For international customers, prices and currency conversions are displayed automatically based on your region and may fluctuate with exchange rates. Duties, customs fees, and import taxes for deliveries outside India are the responsibility of the buyer. Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to cancel any orders arising from them.

7. Payments

We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, net-banking, and digital wallets. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways compliant with PCI-DSS standards. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders within India up to ₹10,000. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are the lawful owner or authorized user of the payment method. Dulha Paksh is not liable for unauthorized transactions or delays caused by payment processors.

8. Order Acceptance and Confirmation

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. Once placed, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. This confirmation does not signify acceptance; we reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. Reasons may include product unavailability, pricing or description errors, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. If an order is cancelled after payment, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.

9. Shipping, Delivery, and Handling

We offer both domestic and international shipping through trusted logistics partners. Delivery timelines vary based on destination, courier efficiency, and customs clearance for international shipments. All shipping details, estimated timelines, and applicable charges are available on our Shipping Policy page. Once dispatched, tracking details are shared via email or SMS/WhatsApp. Dulha Paksh is not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, customs, or unforeseen events.

10. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

All return, exchange, and cancellation requests are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy. Requests for cancellation must be made within 24 hours of order placement if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within standard banking timelines after inspection and approval.

11. International Orders

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import charges imposed by their country. Dulha Paksh cannot influence these charges and has no control over clearance delays or additional costs incurred. Orders refused at customs or undeliverable due to incorrect addresses will not be refunded for shipping costs.

12. Fraudulent or Declined Transactions

We reserve the right to monitor user accounts for suspicious activity. Multiple accounts, false information, or fraudulent payments may result in account termination and legal action. Dulha Paksh may recover losses, legal costs, or damages incurred from fraudulent activity and share relevant data with law enforcement if required.

13. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, trade names, product names, images, designs, and written content appearing on this Site are the intellectual property of Dulha Paksh or its licensors. You are prohibited from copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, or using any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use constitutes infringement and may result in legal action.

14. Content and User Submissions

By submitting reviews, comments, images, or other materials (“User Content”), you grant Dulha Paksh a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content for marketing or promotional purposes. These Terms are effective unless terminated by either party. You may terminate by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our services. We may terminate or suspend access at any time without notice for any breach of Terms or misuse of the Site. Obligations incurred prior to termination shall survive the termination of this agreement.

Dulha Paksh reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions by posting updates on this page. It is your responsibility to check periodically for changes. Continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

24. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes or claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
