Return & Exchange Policy

 At Dulhapaksh, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

 Eligibility

 You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery in the following cases:

– Wrong or damaged product received

– Size or fit issue Non-Returnable Items

– Made-to-Order or altered products

– Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at checkout

 These cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

 How to Request a Return or Exchange

 1. Fill out the Return/Exchange Request Form on our website within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Upload a photo of the product showing the seal tag and serial number clearly.

3. Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup from your address.

4. After receiving and checking the product, we’ll process your refund, store credit, or exchange.

 Return Shipping Fee

 A flat ₹100 per item will be deducted towards reverse shipping and handling charges. This applies to both returns and exchanges.

 Condition of Returned Items

 Returned products must be:

 – Unused, unwashed, and unworn

– In original packaging with all tags and seal tag intact

– Free from stains, perfume, or damage Items that fail the quality check will be sent back to you without a refund.

Refunds, Store Credit & Exchanges

 – Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

– Store Credit is issued as a coupon code for the full value (minus ₹100).

– Exchanges are processed once your returned product passes quality check.
