Shipping Zones
We offer international shipping worldwide. International delivery availability may be subject to courier serviceability and destination-country regulations.
Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
Ready-to-Ship Products: International orders are generally dispatched within 2–3 business days after order confirmation. Once dispatched, international delivery usually takes an additional 5–8 business days.
Customised or Made-to-Order Products: Production may take approximately 20–30 business days, depending on the product and customisation required. Once the customised product is ready, please allow an additional 5–8 business days for international shipping.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, local regulations, or other circumstances beyond Dulhapaksh's control.
International Shipping Charges
For eligible ready-to-ship products purchased through our website, standard international shipping charges are calculated according to the total package weight.

These weights are approximate. The final shipping weight may vary depending on the number of products ordered, garment construction and packaging requirements.
Sherwani, Indo-Western, Jodhpuri, Tuxedo & Other Customised Orders
International shipping for Sherwani, Indo-Western, Jodhpuri, Tuxedo and other customised or made-to-order products is handled differently from our standard ready-to-ship products.
These products may require alterations, customisation, made-to-order production or special packaging.
They are often packed in heavy-duty protective boxes to minimise the possibility of damage during international transit. As a result, courier charges may be calculated according to volumetric weight rather than the actual garment weight.
Therefore, the standard international shipping rates mentioned above do not apply to these categories.

Free International Shipping
We offer Free Standard International Shipping on eligible prepaid orders above ₹28,500 for items that can be ordered directly from our website.
Free International Shipping is NOT applicable to Sherwani, Indo-Western, Jodhpuri, Tuxedo, customised, made-to-order, or other products requiring special or volumetric packaging.
Please contact our team to confirm the applicable international shipping charges and terms for these products.
Customs Duties & International Taxes
IMPORTANT: Customs duties, import duties, VAT, taxes, customs clearance charges and any other charges imposed by the destination country are NOT INCLUDED in the product price or international shipping charges paid to Dulhapaksh.
Any such charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly as required by the destination country's customs authorities or courier partner.
Customs policies and charges vary from country to country, and Dulhapaksh does not control or determine these charges.
International Payments
All international orders are prepaid only.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international orders.
Order Tracking
Once your international order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you through email and/or WhatsApp. You can use the tracking information provided to follow the progress of your shipment.
Returns & Exchanges on International Orders
International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
We therefore recommend confirming your size, measurements, fit and product details carefully before placing your order.
Our team can assist international customers through video-call shopping assistance and chat assistance to help you select the correct size, understand the product and make a more informed purchase.
Unclaimed or Returned International Shipments
If an international shipment is returned because the customer:
- does not accept or collect the shipment;
- does not pay applicable customs duties, import taxes or other destination-country charges; or
- the courier is unable to successfully complete delivery after its delivery attempts,
the order will not be eligible for a refund.
